Ingredients: coix fruit, soy bean, Chinese yam, fox nut, lotus

Directions: Have one packet
per day shaken in diluted apple juice 15-30 minutes before eating a meal. Shaking keeps the pectin from clumping.
Due to the apple pectin thickening as it sits, it is better to shake it up and drink it immediately. Can also be
taken as a snack before bed.
