Glysen - For Help with Blood Sugar Levels - For increasing receptivity to glucose

  • Supports healthy blood sugar levels
  • Supports healthy insulin and glucose levels

Insulin resistance means that the receptor sites are resistant to the insulin carrying the glucose into the cells. This formula is designed to stimulate the receptor sites on the cells that allow the glucose in. In this way it helps to lower blood sugar since it is no longer running around in the blood stream. If you are eating sugar but still craving it, it is usually because it can't get into the cells and all cells require glucose for functioning. So if you crave sugar or get fatigued after a meal, take 2-3 Glysen per meal until the symptoms resolve
.

1 Bottle - 90 capsules

Price: $40
  Qty

Dosage:

Adults: Take 2 capsules with meals. If you still get tired after meals, cut down the amount of carbohydates you are eating with your meal. If the fatigue after eating doesn't improve, increase the dosage one capsule at a time up to 4 capsules per meal until you feel normal after eating. Be careful of taking too many. Watch for signs of low blood sugar which means you need to cut back on the Glysen.

OTHER PRODUCTS TO CONSIDER
Other formulas can be used in conjunction with Glysen® to support insulin receptor site sensitivity. Insulin resistance is associated with elevated cortisol and adrenal dysfunction.
AdrenaCalm can be used to support healthy
cortisol levels.
Adaptogen is a source of herbal adaptogens that support the proper feedback loops necessary for healthy adrenal function. Blood sugar imbalances are a huge stress on the body. Adaptogenic herbs may help one to cope better with stress.

RESEARCH:

The research information presented here should not be construed as claims regarding performance of this product.

GYMNEMA SYLVESTRE has demonstrated positive impacts in managing insulin resistance. It has demonstrated the ability to reduce insulin requirements, decrease fasting blood sugar, enhance the action of insulin, and even the ability
to regenerate pancreas beta-cells.1 2 3 4 It does not encourage the endogenous production of insulin and if given to healthy volunteers does not produce any blood sugar-lowering or hypoglycemic effects.5 6

CHROMIUM is an essential nutrient for insulin resistance, especially when one considers the evidence that chromium deficiencies are common in the United States and that chromium levels are depleted by a diet of refined carbohydrates and sugars. There is evidence that chromium deficiency results in insulin resistance.7 8 9 Chromium, also known as “glucose tolerance factor”, appears to optimize the impact of insulin on receptor sites and therefore
improve glucose uptake.10 11 Studies have demonstrated that chromium normalizes postprandial glucose and insulin levels, glycated hemoglobin, and hypercholesterolemia. 12 13 14 15 16
